Almond Ginger Turmeric Dressing
Momo Almond Butter - 85g
Water - 110g
Lemon Juice - 20g
Ginger Purée - 25g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 20g
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder - ⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper - 8 turns
Sea Salt - 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches desired consistency. Add water to reduce or almond butter to thicken.

MOMO Chia Seed Pudding
Momo Almond Butter - 85g
Water - 110g

Momo Almond Milk
Choco Almond Butter Bites
INGREDIENTS
MOMO Almond Butter - 3 tablespoons
1 Banana
Flax Seed, Chia Seed - 1 tablespoon each
Dark Chocolate 30 grams
INSTRUCTIONS
Almond Butter Mixture - Scoop 3 spoons of MOMO Almond Butter into a bowl. Mix in Flax seed and Chia seed to create a thick consistency.
- Slice the bananas - Peel and slice the bananas to your desired thickness.
- Spread the butter. Spread a layer of almond butter mixture on top of half of the banana slices.
- Create a sandwich. Place another banana slice on top to create a mini sandwich. Repeat.
- Melt the chocolate. Heat the mixture in 20 second increments over a ban-marie or in the microwave. Stir until it is silky smooth.
- Dip the bites. Dip each frozen banana bite into the melted chocolate so that half of each bite is coated.
- Freeze. Place the dipped banana bites in the freezer
