Momo Protein Carrot Cake 

Dry

2.5 cups oat flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup protein powder

Wet

2 cups grated carrots

1/2 cup Momo Almond Drink 

1/2 cup coconut nectar

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup olive oil

4 eggs

1 cup walnuts

3 tbsp Momo Almond Butter 


How To:

Mix the dry and the wet in separate bowls

Combine dry and wet together

Bake in the oven 180 degrees C for 40 mins until the toothpick comes out clean

Spread Momo Coconut Cream Cheese and Momo Granola on top

Drizzle more of your favourite Momo Nut Butter!
